Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a pleasant view of the Smokies, but the rooms were really small for 2 adults and 2 children and smelled like cigarette smoke. The service was exceptional with friendly staff, and the location was convenient for outdoor activities in Bryson City and surrounding areas. The dining experience was a bit of a disappointment due to limited breakfast options.
The hotel was a nice stay overall, with cozy rooms despite being a bit small for a couple like us. The road noise was a downside, but the friendly service and convenient location made up for it.
The hotel had beautiful and clean rooms, though a bit small with a pocket door for the bathroom, which is understandable for the reasonable price. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me and being extremely friendly and social. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do in Bryson City and right at the edge of town on the way to the Smoky Mountains. The dining experience was top-notch, offering better and more varied options than other places, showing an effort to prioritize customer satisfaction. The facilities were well-maintained and enhanced the overall stay.
